Complete this MAST online training course and you are one step closer to obtaining your Washington State Class 12 Micology permit or Class 13 Server permit card. Designed to promote the legal and responsible sale and service of alcoholic beverages, our curriculum on the skills and techniques used to recognize the signs of intoxication and how to intervene to keep your patrons and establishment safe. The training also covers underage drinking, ID checking, and much more.

Upon successfully completing our MAST Alcohol Seller/Server Training course and final exam:

Within 10 days of completion your Class 12 Mixologist Permit or Class 13 Server Permit (depending on your date of birth) will be mailed to the address you provided during registration.
Within 30 days of completion your certification will be submitted to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
