This online course titled “FDA Training: Fundamentals of HACCP” is built for those looking to deepen their knowledge on the hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) system. The purpose of this course is to recognize the programs that use HACCP, the benefits of HACCP, the importance of having a HACCP team, and the application of HACCP.
